Desert Trails Hiking Club was founded in 2000. Our purpose is to enjoy and promote hiking in the Coachella Valley and beyond, in a spirit of friendship and camaraderie. We have over 500 members from all walks of life. When you visit the Palm Springs area join us for a hike to enjoy the desert spirit. We offer 4-6 easy,moderate or strenuous hikes each week. Our hikes are led by experienced volunteer hike leaders. From the desert trails to the mountains, you will discover a variety of great hikes. In addition monthly socials and yearly outings are held.
