Desert Trails Hiking Club was founded in 2000. Our purpose is to enjoy and promote hiking in the Coachella Valley and beyond, in a spirit of friendship and camaraderie. We have over 500 members from all walks of life. When you visit the Palm Springs area join us for a hike to enjoy the desert spirit. We offer 4-6 easy, moderate or strenuous hikes each week. Our hikes are led by experienced volunteer hike leaders. From the desert trails to the mountains, you will discover a variety of great hikes. In addition monthly socials and yearly outings are held. Hiking in the Palm Springs area is fun and healthy!!! Come join us!!! To join, click on this membership application link. Print it, complete it, and mail it with the appropriate fee (in U.S. dollars using only U.S. bank checks please). Applications are not accepted via the internet.
